Calculating end-of-service benefits in Saudi Arabia
Article 84 generally provides half a month of the final wage for each of the first five years and one month for each following year, with proportional entitlement for part-years.

Article 85 applies graduated entitlement where employment ends by resignation, while Article 87 contains full-entitlement exceptions. Article 88 regulates the time for settling rights after termination.
