What is amicable labor settlement?
It is the first stage for employment disputes between a worker and employer. The service reviews the claim, notifies the parties and seeks settlement before labor-court proceedings.
Filing and documents
Submit party and employment data, select the claim topics and attach the contract or proof of employment plus documents supporting each amount. The official service targets settlement or referral within 21 working days from the first session.
What happens next?
A successful agreement is recorded in a settlement document. If no agreement is reached, the claimant may file with the competent labor court through the approved process.
