Notarizing divorce through Najiz
The Ministry of Justice service allows a current or previous divorce to be documented after the required data and approvals are completed.
Steps and documents
Sign in through National Access, select Social Cases and Divorce Documentation, provide party, marriage and divorce details, attach supporting documents and submit the request.
Documentation and disputes
The divorce document does not necessarily resolve separate disputes over financial or child-related rights, which may require another process.
