Mr. Naif holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia sciences and a master’s degree in commercial law. He has extensive experience in the field of law, where he works as an experienced lawyer with license number: (292/38) and a basic member of the Saudi Bar Association with number (292/38) and an accredited arbitrator in the Commercial Arbitration Center in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. For the Arab Gulf countries, he has distinguished leadership in appearing before various courts, and providing correct solutions to complex and wide-ranging legal issues, by developing organized strategies for litigation issues, providing comprehensive consultations, in addition to supervising the latest research work, Preparing and planning the optimal results-oriented procedures that must be followed in each case. In addition to his current role as a founding partner and general manager of Takamol Law Firm and Legal Consultations, he worked as a former main advisor to a number of government and private entities, companies, and businesses. Among these positions are:
- Advisor to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labor for Planning and Development.
- Consultant for implementing the (Tawteen) program (at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development) with the emirates of the regions.
- Advisor to the Strategic Partnerships Program at the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
- Advisor to the partnership agreement between Saudi Post and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
- Part-time consultant in the e-government transactions project “Yesser”, Governance and Strategy Sector.
- Legal advisor and head of the legal committee at the Saudi Advanced Industries Company (a listed Saudi joint stock company).
In addition to his role as a lawyer and legal advisor to the company, Naif Bin Dawood Al Ateeq has extensive experience in developing corporate strategies, analyzing legal policies, and providing strategic legal advice, in addition to his role in enhancing the culture of governance, compliance, and companies’ commitment to the applicable laws and legislation with which the company contracts.
